Costa x BTT
About two weeks before my final semester started I realized that I had never attempted to take my illustration skills into real world production design practice. To test myself, I picked a company that I really loved, Costa Del Mar Sunglasses out of Daytona Beach, FL. I used Costa as a base for a faux apparel and merchandise line that collaborated with the Bonefish and Tarpon Trust, an environmental group based in Miami. In my fantasy world the profits from what Costa recieved from the sales would be split with the conservation group BTT. I used past apparel lines from Costa as a base, putting new illustration techinques and styles in to add more flair. I wanted the 3 month process to feel as real as possible and think it turned out pretty well.
